Payment Options and Financing

Surgery Deposit

Once you have selected a surgery date, we will schedule your pre-operative appointment to go over all the paperwork and collect payment in full.  This will be scheduled approximately two weeks prior to surgery.  If you must cancel your surgery, we need to be notified at least 48 hours in advance in order for you to receive a full refund.

Surgery Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of your pre-operative appointment.  This payment may include hospital, anesthesia and assistant fees.  We accept Visa and Mastercard, check or cash.  Unfortunately, we do not offer in office financing, but we can direct you to several independent companies that specialize in financing for cosmetic surgery.  If your surgery runs over the estimated time, additional fees may be due to the surgical facility after your surgery.

Insurance

My office staff will assist you in obtaining insurance authorization for any non-cosmetic procedures.  Dr. Goodman may or may not be a preferred provider for you particular insurance company.  We recommend that you check with your insurance company to see if she is contracted.
