Once you have selected a surgery date, you will pay a deposit to reserve the time. If you must cancel your surgery, we need to be notified at least 48 hours in advance in order for you to receive a full refund.
At your pre-operative appointment we will go over all the paperwork and collect payment in full. This will be scheduled approximately two weeks prior to surgery. We accept Visa and Mastercard, check or cash. This payment may include hospital, anesthesia and assistant fees. If your surgery runs over the estimated time, additional fees may be due to the surgical facility after your surgery.
Our office staff will assist you in obtaining insurance authorization for any non-cosmetic procedures. Please check with your insurance company to see if Dr. Goodman is listed as a preferred provider.
We do not offer in office financing at this time.
